Booking & Payment

All bookings must be submitted through our website and are subject to approval.

Once approved, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Cleaning fees are mandatory and automatically included in your total.

Setup and breakdown time must be included in your total booking hours. Going over your booked time may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy

Cancel 30 days or more in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Space Rules

No smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking area available.

Pets are not allowed.

Furniture can be moved within the space, but must be returned to its original position after use.

Nudity and smoke machines are allowed.

Security cameras are located on the exterior only. No recording devices are permitted in private areas.
Parking

Free onsite parking and free street parking are available.

Please park only in designated areas. Violations may result in fines.
Access & Loading

Ground-level access with driveway available for equipment loading.
-
Lower level accessible directly; first floor requires steps.
-
Suitable for standard loading vehicles.
Lighting & Sound

Abundant natural light from large windows and a large sliding glass door.

Motorized shades are available to control light levels.

Soundproof space with minimal outside noise. Appliances can be unplugged upon request.
Electrical Info

200 amp service (first level) and 150 amp (lower level).
