Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be submitted through our website and are subject to approval.

• Once approved, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• Cleaning fees are mandatory and automatically included in your total.

• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your total booking hours. Going over your booked time may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 30 days or more in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

Space Rules

​

• No smoking indoors. Designated outdoor smoking area available.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Furniture can be moved within the space, but must be returned to its original position after use.

• Nudity and smoke machines are allowed.

• Security cameras are located on the exterior only. No recording devices are permitted in private areas.

Parking

• Free onsite parking and free street parking are available.

• Please park only in designated areas. Violations may result in fines.

Access & Loading

​

• Ground-level access with driveway available for equipment loading.

• Lower level accessible directly; first floor requires steps.

• Suitable for standard loading vehicles.

Lighting & Sound

​

• Abundant natural light from large windows and a large sliding glass door.

• Motorized shades are available to control light levels.

• Soundproof space with minimal outside noise. Appliances can be unplugged upon request.

• 200 amp service (first level) and 150 amp (lower level).

• Multiple outlets and accessible circuit breakers on each floor.
